Sterling is a fast paced company that employs the top talent in the industry. There are several senior management individuals who recognize the dedication, commitment and talent within their teams and have vocalized their gratitude for those individuals. Sterling is a company that offers opportunities for professional growth to those employees that are dedicated and have proven their benefit to the overall success of the organization. The new CEO, Clare Hart, has brought a breath of fresh air to the organization and has helped re-energize and refocus the mission of this company. Human Resources recently launched a new training platform for employees and management which is a great tool. The executive committee recognizes the importance of transparency, communication and connection to the staff and have been working towards building the relationship between the two groups. The work/life balance expectations have been improving with addition of Clare to EC.
The impressive growth of the company has highlighted specific departments within the organization which need to be improved in order to offer world class customer service to our clients. Unfortunately, those changes take time and the clients' experience suffers during the transition.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks – interviewed at Sterling Infosystems in April 2015.
Applied online. Received an email to state I was invited to a phone screen. An email was sent so that I could set up the phone interview online using a scheduler. After I selected the time and date I was sent a confirmation with the ability to cancel or reschedule if needed. The phone interview was very professional and lasted about 30 minutes. At the end of the phone interview I was told I was invited to move on to an in-person interview. Again was sent a link to the scheduler to pick a time and date. However, at this time the location is TBD and it is taking them a bit longer than wished for to send an update to the location (2 weeks at this time).
