    I have been working at StockPot

    Pros

    The money is alright enough to sustain a reasonably comfortable lifestyle

    Cons

    During the winter months you'll get too much overtime and in the summer you'll barely survive. Also not much opportunity for advancement. Also look forward to doing multiple jobs because that's what you'll be doing

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your people and be there more, seriously
