    Pros

    Very professional, they take care of their employees, great training facility, multiple locations to work at, ample work opportunities, very flexible with work/life balance

    Cons

    Don't have anything negative to say about the company. They have a solid business structure. They are have top of the line 3D printing technology.

    I Don't have any advice to management. Management is very understanding and professional at all levels of chain of command

    The on-line application forces a person to fill in High School start and end dates which is irrelevant and smells like a convenient way to screen against older workers. VERY transparent and stupid for a company to require this. Ridiculous!!
