    No working overtime is the biggest pro for working at Stretch-o-rama.


    No raise, no bonus. You are often yelled at and won't feel respected. Very high turnover, you'll see people come and go around you a lot.

    Advice to Management

    It's definitely important to give small bonus/raise to employees that perform well, otherwise you'll keep losing people because they can easily find better paying jobs.
