    Pros

Amazing atmosphere. Being surrounded by vehicles being built around you is amazing. Very global company - lots of Japanese workers.

    Cons

Fixed schedule, like other manufacturing jobs. Most people get hired as a temp employee initially. They use outdated software.

    Advice to Management

Increase manning; people are overworked. Continue focusing on quality. Invest on skilled employees and more updated software.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Subaru of Indiana Automotive.

    Interview

I inteviewed with a panel of three people. Including human resources and managers of the department I was applying for. They asked usual background questions along with situation questions that would come up in the position. They will ask what your grade point average point was from college even when I had been out over 10 years
