    I have been working at Subaru of Indiana Automotive full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Excellent benefit package - no premiums.
    Available OT - high wages.
    Focus on employee health/well-being/safety.
    Good co-workers, and room for advancement.
    Ergonomically friendly - no positions require lifting more than 30 pounds.
    Work rotations ensure full body utilization and lessen fatigue/stress on an individual body part.

    Cons

    Mandatory OT - up to 2 hours daily (not a con to myself personally).
    If on line - repetitive and can at times be boring.

    Application Details

    I applied in-person. The process took a dayinterviewed at Subaru of Indiana Automotive.

    Interview Details

    You have to apply through a temporary agency (physical test, aptitude test, drug screening, background check) and you work for several years before you can be fulltime. Once you are accepted, you will train for 2 weeks at the start and learn two jobs. You then are offered the opportunity to be hired, based on how long you have been there and evaluations that are done by your group leader. You will go through a physical evaluation, blood work, and they will look at your evaluations. You are also given another background check and then interviewed. If everything is ok, then you are offered a fulltime job.
