I have been working at Subway

    Pros

They give you free drinks and subs. 50% off subs. Fun environment. Nice co workers. Good managers. Busy. Easy to do. Flexible hours.

    Cons

Lots of cleaning and prep for food. Night shift has to clean and prep for morning which takes for ever. Not too bad though.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have people in the am prep more so the load is lighter at night.
