    Pros

The company had good goals and a quality product

    Cons

Stores are truly different depending on owner. Over 15 years i managed many stores. A good owner makes a good place to work. A few stores i had to decline to run due to lack of concern for customers, employees and/or quality.

    Advice to Management

Lead by example. Work hard to create a fun and productive workplace.

Easy. It's like any other interview except easy. They didn't really ask hard questions at all. The person that interviewed me was easy going. He enjoyed what I had to say.
