    Pros

Flexible hours (4 day work week for some), availability to work remotely, some nice people. free tuition if you have the time and patience!

    Cons

I worked there for 4 years with no raise, promotion, or interaction with HR. Strangely secluded in an academic hall basement.

    Interview

Went to an activities fair of sorts before beginning my freshman year (I do not remember the specifics of what kind of fair it exactly was). I approached the SOULS Community Service and Service Learning Center table and after a short conversation they sent me up to the office for a brief interview. I began the work-study position once school began.
