    Pros

    a great university, the management was were helpful, gave me an opportunity to earn some extra financial aid as an fellow.

    Cons

    the program I was enrolled in was closed, and now they do not offer Graduate classes on Cape Cod

    There was no formal process. They had an immediate need, felt I was competent enough, and offered the position on the spot. There were few questions... it was more of a general conversation.
