I have been working at Sullivan University full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Family atmosphere with supportive and friendly co-workers and supervisors. The company really makes an effort to show employees they are valued. Free tuition for employees and dependents! Nothing says family-friendly like free college education for my kids!

    Cons

Lots of long-term employees, although a good thing, means there is not always a promotional opportunity for those who are ready. Many have left and come back, though, which just says how great of a place it is.
