    Pros

    Traditional Japanese Giant Trading House in midst of globalization. Excellent training program. Diversified business fields with opportunity to be involved in various business.

    Cons

    Less opportunity for national staff to move up the ladder. Some typical Japanese Co conservatism still prevails.
