I have been working at Summit Energy as an intern (Less than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
Awesome company culture! You are surrounded by smart, motivated and friendly people. There are not too many times that I was unable to get questions (even complex regulatory questions) quickly answered you someone on the team. The industry is also very interesting and quickly changing.
Sallaries are only moderate. People who work at Summit do not do it for the money (or likely the career advancement) but rather the solid culture and the great work/life ballance. The intern possitions are also not very challenging.
Advice to Management
Communicate a clear advancement path in the organization, and make it clear that your star performers can take on more responsibility and grow into more strategic positions.
