    I worked at SunTrust

Bank holidays, good growth opportunity for top talent, decent leadership development programs.

Too many org structure changes, not really a pay for performance culture unless you're in a revenue generating role.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Reinstate annual bonus/incentive program for all employees not just employees in revenue generating roles or for employees in certain pay grades.

    Interview Details

Mostly behavioral questions with a few technicals at the end. 3 interviewers - was not a difficult interview, but they were mainly looking for fit and specific interest in SunTrust / the location I was applying to. I was surprised to learn afterwards that it was a one-round interview process
