Great benefits,( Insurance, vacation days, sick days, personal days)
Predictable performance ratings. The reports to run daily, weekly, and monthly all made very good sense. There was an easy to follow procedure book to show how to run numbers and to show what was expected of every position.
Reasonable requests for personal performance, and store maintenance.
*relative to managers. although there is a corporate standard, my District Manager and Regional Manager made my job pleasant.

    Mall hours
    Mall customers
Many applicants first job. Sometimes seems more like raising children than training employees.
