Decent hourly pay with solid probability of a raise.
    Payment system was excellent.

Hours weren't as flexible as I was led to believe, but still not bad.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should be a more visible entity in the store. I saw people get away with a LOT in 4 months.

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 5 weeksinterviewed at Sunoco.

    Interview Details

The process consisted of a phone screen with an HR rep, followed by two in-person interviews. The interviewers were not very well prepared, spending more time describing the company than asking solid questions.

I had to use behavioral examples creatively in my discussion in order to get them in, since they were not asked by the interviewers.
