  • This place was a stepping stone, I did learn something but it is not a place to stay long term.

    Pros

You'll learn a thing or two about the renewable industry. If you don't have a lot of experience, then you might can consider working here for a year.

    Cons

The distribution of job duties is so disorganized. As a sales rep you will find yourself having to worry about how to market your products. The management has dishonesty issues, one day you will hear one thing the next day you'll hear another.

    Advice to Management

If you treat your employees better, they'll actually be happy to help you succeed. It's important to keep your current employees happy, or else you'll find yourself constantly trying to train new employees and that is just counterproductive and bad business practice.
