    I have been working at Supercuts full-time (more than a year)


    Potential to make good money, Not a high end environment, but above other similar models (.ie. Sams and great clips). Paid training. Good for people new to the business and just want to come to work and do hair all the time!


    Sometimes hard to find decent applicants.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Dont settle to hire someone sub par just to cover shifts. It causes a high turn over and more trouble in the long run.

    Interview Details

    Manager took me back to her office and asked me about myself and ask me a few questions. She then gave me a tour of the facility. A very laid back interview.
