Superior Energy Services serves the drilling, completion and production-related needs of oil and gas companies worldwide through a diversified portfolio of specialized oilfield services and equipment that are used throughout the economic life cycle of oil and gas wells. The world's energy producers rely on us for the services, tools, equipment and exceptionally trained personnel needed to develop and produce oil and gas.
Founded in 1989, Superior Energy has grown from 125 employees and $12 million in revenues to a publicly traded company with more than $4 billion in revenues and nearly 14,000 employees worldwide.
Superior Energy has a history of developing specialized tools and technologies designed to meet customer needs. In its earliest days, the company pioneered the use of "rigless" plugging and abandonment services. Since then, Superior has been on the leading edge of a number of developments that benefit oil and gas producers throughout the life cycle of the well.

Drilling Products and Services
We manufacture, rent and sell specialized equipment and tools for use with well drilling, completion, production and workover activities. These tools include connecting iron, drill pipe, stabilizers and hole openers, handling tools, on-site accommodations, pressure control equipment and specialty tubular goods.
Onshore Completion and Workover Services
We offer pressure pumping, fluid handing and well servicing rigs to our customers. These services also include horizontal and vertical well hydraulic fracturing, cementing, fluid disposal, completions and much more.
Our production services aim to enhance, maintain and extend oil and gas production during the life of the well. In addition to being the leader in U.S. coiled tubing services, we also offer electric line, slickline, pressure control tools and services, and snubbing and hydraulic workover.
Subsea and Technical Solutions
We are a leader in "rigless" production-related services — a cost-effective approach to delivering services and solutions aimed at maintaining and enhancing well productivity. We offer environmental services, marine technical services, subsea well containment, well control, engineering and well evaluation, plug and abandonment (P&A) and decommissioning services.

Superior Energy Services Listed in Houston Chronicle's 2013 Top Workplaces
Superior Energy Services has been named one of Houston's 2013 Top Workplaces by the Houston Chronicle for the second year in a row.
The list honors 150 workplaces in the Houston area ranging from small companies with less than 150 employees to large companies employing more than 500 people. This is the second year for Superior Energy Services to receive recognition within in the "Top Large Companies" category.
The results are based on an employee survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics LLC. Qualifying companies are measured by employee responses regarding company leadership, advancement opportunities, compensation and employee benefits.

Fortune Magazine Ranks Superior Energy Services 56th Fastest Growing Company
Superior has been recognized by Fortune Magazine as the 56th fastest growing company on its annual list of the world's 100 Fastest Growing Companies. The list evaluates publicly traded, global companies based on a three-year average of revenue growth, profit growth and total return. Ranked at 56, Superior's revenue growth is 50 percent, its profit growth is 55 percent, and its total return through August 20, 2013, is 12 percent. This is Superior's fourth appearance on the list. The Company was previously ranked in 2008, 2007 and 2003.

Superior Energy Services Moves Up 35 Spots on the Houston Chronicle's Top 100 List
Superior Energy Services (NYSE: SPN) ranked number 39 on the Houston Chronicle's Top 100 Public Companies list and 4th on their Revenue Growth list. Superior's strong results in many of the categories considered in the Top 100 listing contributed to its successful rise in the rankings from 74 the previous year.
The Houston Chronicle noted Superior's revenue of $4.5 billion, a 132.6 percent rise over the previous year, and an increase in earnings per share by 28.9 percent over the previous year. Contributing to the significant growth was Superior's merger with Complete Production Services, Inc. valued at $2.7 billion as a cash-and-stock deal.
The Houston Chronicle's "Chron 100" list evaluates the Houston area's best-performing, publicly traded companies. In addition to revenue, companies listed in the "Chron 100" are ranked based on annual growth in earnings per share, annual revenue growth and one-year total return.
