    Pros

Great non-profit. Loved being involved in such a wonderful committee and seeing the "fruits of our labor" during Breast Cancer Awareness month in October. So much meaning behind this race. Hard to not get emotional about it.

    Cons

I have nothing bad to say.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Susan G. Komen for the Cure (Dallas, TX).

    Interview

Two phone interviews- the first very generic with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager- more specific about job experience. Then panel interview with entire team. I could tell the questions were straight from HR.
