Professional company, good hiring practices, Sutherland themselves is a wonderful company, but the experience you have working for them will depend on the program you pick and how hasty that client is in selecting management/what that program's individual goals are.
They don't seem to care if they failed to communicate new hire insurance enrollment to you, even when you politely and urgently hound them about health insurance being necessary to you performing your basic job functions. HR department needs some staffing.
Advice to Management
If you're going to treat your employees like machines (and most call center environments do), make sure they are well-oiled machines. Don't forget their humanity.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sutherland Global Services.
I was contacted by a recruiter via indeed who emailed me the position for Personal Lines Insurance Agent. I responded back to the email and received a call from the recruiter. The phone interview was very easy. The recruiter went over my background. I didn't have a lot of experience at all in sales. The position required you to get your Personal Lines state license. This project was a permanent position servicing Nationwide customers and potential customers. The very next day I had in-person interview. Very formal. Did role-playing (sales). That went well and immediately I was offered the position and pay rate. I was then given a full week to study and take the state exam which you had to pass contingent on employment.

No negotiating. $15 hourly without a license. If you had your license they would pay more.
