    Advice to Management

    Manager positives: Swarovski's retail management team involves Store Managers, District Managers, Region Managers + so on. This group is made up of experienced people who are actively involved in store processes & regularly communicate with store managers and brand ambassadors (boutique sales floor operators). Advice to Management: **Boutique team member really appreciate positive reinforcement and acknowledgment of acheivements from their Management teams.**

    Interviewed with District Manager, then interviewed with new store manager for a new store location. After speaking with the new SM I was made an offer on the same day and benefits were described to me, it was all very exciting at the time, but it wore off quickly
