    The process of the interviewing was relatively quick. The hiring process took a long time and was full of unnecessary waiting. The interview has focused a lot on the knowledge regarding the business type to test candidate knowledge on the industry and to see how committed and serious is the candidate about the job opportunity. A lot of talking about the company from the interviewer as well and making sure that the candidate understand challenges of working for the tobacco company.
