    Summer hours
    Great benefits
    Company trips
    Some quality brands to sell
    Growing company
    Had great boss and upper management


    Bonus structure needs to be improved.
    Pay for phone so we can get emails. Can be too much time reading and responding to emails after work hours.
    Sometimes can get "pushed around" by the 2 large tobacco companies.
