    Pros

Growing business -always in acquisition mode. Well implemented SAP system. Knowledgeable managers, advancement opportunities. Compared to other companies I've worked for, much more value is placed on people

    Cons

The Germans have a high level of control in certain areas, and sometimes communication is difficult. High workload leads to backlogs in processing requests.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course - It works! The proof is in the results. I'm proud to be a Symrise employee.

Symrise is organized in two divisions: Flavors (beverages, snacks, ready-to-eat foods, and sweets) and Fragrances and Sensory Ingredients (perfumes, beauty products, home care products, multi-sensory aroma chemicals, and cosmetic raw materials). The company sells to manufacturers of fine fragrances, cosmetics, hair and body care products, detergents, food and beverages, and... More
