I worked at Synergetics USA part-time (More than a year)Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEODoesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEO
Great co-workers with good ideas and hard working. Clinical staff is experience and very knowledgeable. Customer service is one of the hardest working dept at the company. Sale representatives and marketing team one of the industries best.
Marketing dept is worked very hard with little leadership to help them grow. Poor upper management with ethics and very limited skills sets to motivate. Lack of innovation since the major changes is ownership. Competition gap is growing on a daily basis.
Advice to Management
Try to learn how to lead in a competitive marketplace. Support the people that make you money and encourage growth not hinder it. Unless someone steps up to make an innovated technology improvement. You will soon be just a OEM manufacture.

Very minimal. An e-mail to come in for an interview. Three interviews in one day. Waited 2 weeks to hear anything.
There was none.
