    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a weekinterviewed at Synergyquad in January 2011.

    Interview Details

    I got a call from SynergyQuad the next day i had applied. The first round was an online test. It was a multiple choice question. Around 40 questions were asked. On clearing, that i had phone interview. They asked me to explain my academic projects and then they told me to come onsite. I had onsite at DirecTV at Long Beach. 4 people interviewed me. They asked me questions in OOPS, Database and alogrithm concepts. One week after that i came to hear that i was through the interview.

    Negotiation Details
    There was no pretty much negotation. They asked me how much salary do you expect, for which i replied "it can be anything between 75k to 80k". They said its reasonable.
