    Pros

Good company with great people of integrity.

    Cons

Weak manager. Some of cultural strength and values have been lost during past 5+ years. Benefits have narrowed and promotions are fewer.

I went in an had an interview with the branch manager and assistant manager. This branch in particular was looking for someone with previous experience. I was asked questions about my experience and What I thought exceptional customer service was. The remainer of the interview was discussion of the branch and how things work and questions I might have. I was contacted about a week later with an offer.

    Reasons for Declining

I declined because of the compensation. I honestly feel like it would be a great place to work but compensation wise it I felt it did not align with my experience and education.
