    Pros

Good company with great people of integrity.

    Cons

Weak manager. Some of cultural strength and values have been lost during past 5+ years. Benefits have narrowed and promotions are fewer.

Applied online and got an email back the same day to complete an online assessment. After I completed that, I got another email maybe a day later wanting me to fill out another application consisting of past work experience and references.
