    I worked at Synta Pharmaceuticals


    Synta is based on very solid science and attracts a lot of good and talented scientists. You have a chance to contribute a lot, and you learn a lot. Good teamwork and good teamplay after work.


    BizDev wasn't as successful as they could be. Sometimes Senior Management was building castles in the sky which couldn't stand reality checks.
    Being a medium-size company doesn't allow Synta to promote people within unless someone leaves (which may force some people to leave looking for greener pastures).
