Advice to Management
Not every great project manager or good engineer automatically translate into a leader. Find good leaders with superior skills to tend to your teams needs. The entire leadership team doesn't have to be comprised of technical engineers, this can be a weakness. Let employees feel involved in the implemented changes as opposed to 'dictating from the top'. Keep up the good work!
