Smart people who are passionate about tech, work hard and are fun to be around.
Tons of emphasis on technology. You'll always see the latest gadget around the office and you're free to play with it (Google Glass, anyone?).
    Really sweet office space.
    Candy Friday.
    Weekly happy hours.
    Dry cleaning/ laundry concierge.
Good Heath insurance options that are very affordable. Decent dental and vision as well with 401k match.
T3 and Under: Have a kid, bring them to work for the first few years (fathers can do this too).
    Almost always busy.

Professional development and performance reviews are inconsistent.
Video projects, or anything traditional, are kind of a rarity.
Your experience depends on which floor you work on (aim for the basement).
It's easy to never meet or work with co-workers on different floors.
Work-Life balance can be so-so depending on the team you're on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get consistent with professional development. Also, recognize the people making it fun to be there and have them help other team leaders create similar environments.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at T3 in May 2013.

    Interview Details

I applied online and was immediately contact for a follow up phone screen. I spoke with a recruiter and all of the questions were fairly basic. Without hesitation I was offered an in-person interview with 3 different team members. During this interview I was asked more basic & general background questions about previous intern experience. One of the interviewers even told me I was over-qualified. Upon hearing that I declined their offer and focused on a full time job search.
