    Positive Outlook

I have been working at TCU full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Like being part of a big family. Great benefits especially if you have children that would benefit from free tuition.

    Cons

Hey, it's academia with its politics. They rarely fire anyone so you have some people that have been here decades but don't do much.

    Advice to Management

Keep building the university the way you are going! Boschini is the best.

    Interview

For the hiring and interview process, you meet with the leader of intramural officiating, Sheldon Tate. The training for the intramural department is top notch here at Texas Christian University. I cannot say enough about this program.
