“Laid back culture is a blessing and a curse.”
Pros: The culture was relaxed, easy-going, and laid back. There were a lot of senior employees who had a very comfortable job, and for some, this is a big plus. – Full Review

I applied the positon thru on-line web site. Got a call a few weeks later for a phone interview followed by an on-site interview.
