    Pros

Relatively easy work. A lot of opportunities to talk to professionals in your field and build relationships early.

    Cons

Not very strict. Self-driven, meaning that if you don't ask for more work, you won't be given more work. It's easy to find work by stopping by people's offices to see if they have anything for you to do, but on the other hand, if you don't want to work that day, no one will check up on you.

    Advice to Management

    Plan work schedules.
