    Pros

    The office was a great team environment. There were a lot of outside the office activities and everyone was friendly to work with.

    Cons

    Starting salary was a little low especially if you live in expensive areas. Besides that there were no real big cons.

    Advice to Management

    Keep promoting within. Very talented people that enjoy their job.

    Interview

    They are looking for competitive, driven, motivated, and fun individuals to work for them. They will phone screen you then a one on one with the director followed by a lunch or dinner panel interview.

    • They ask questions to get to know who you are as a person and want to know what drives and motivates you. They expect you to be vulnerable with each other and really put everything out there.   Answer Question
