I worked at TEKsystems (Less than a year)

I enjoyed my co-workers and the job itself. I learned a lot and it's fast paced

People are not properly rewarded for their skills, people get passed over for promotions because they're "too good" at the current position and management doesn't want to lose them in that position. Other people consistently under-perform and are not held to the standards which claim to be required

    Advice to Management

Don't leave people in the current position b/c they're "too good", you'll lose them from that positon either way eventually

    Difficult Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at TEKsystems.

I first had an interview over the phone. It was super helpful, after my interview, the recruiter gave me pointers on what to focus on and to prepare for the in person interview. The in person interview was a little intimidating mainly because I heard the person interviewing me was intimidating and brutal. He cut to the chase and wanted to know specific details, why this and why that to just about everything. More about my personal life than my work experience and skills.
