I have been working at TEKsystems full-time (More than a year)
Unlimited growth, youthful engaging work environment, great experience builder, reimbursements, great company name backing you. It is a fun environment to work in, and the employees are generally great. They take care of you if you put in the time, and there is definitely opportunity to make a great deal of money.
Boring person if you hate sitting behind computers despite all the meetings you go to. Lots of cold calling. Definitely not for everyone. A very touchy feely, team oriented environment. Your product is people, with a mind of its own.
Advice to Management
Increase compensation for recruiters, too low for hours demanded. Allow more remote opportunities for recruiters. Relax wardrobe policies. Our customers wear jeans, t-shirts, and sandals to work when we are in dress pants and ties...not always necessary. In some markets can even hurt your business. Car restrictions are silly, never effected me though.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems.
Started with a phone interview, then a face to face interview, and lastly a half day. Half day was nice because I really got to experience the environment and see how everyone interacted with each other. I have never been on an interview with a company that allowed someone to do that.
