    I worked at THQ

    Pros

Great hours, excellent people, excellent benefits, opportunity to work on various projects

    Cons

Some managers were poor, inexperienced or let their egos get in the way of making quality games. Lots of money spent on opportunities that were never fully realized resulted in cancelling high profile, big budget titles.
