I have been working at TMP Worldwide UK full-time
TMP are great at a number of things, advertising, Branding, Assessment Services and volume recruitment. They have a very honest approach and a great relaxed atmosphere. The work life balance is brilliant and you are not required to give all your blood.
Salaries and bonuses. The salaries are about 10% to 25% out of sync with the rest of the market and there is no bonus. However if money is not your motivator then this is a great company to work for with a great client portfolio.
Advice to Management
Commercials. Stop underselling what we do as an organisation and put some value on the work we all do. Clients think it's too good to be true and apply a certain perception to our credibility.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TMP Worldwide UK (Bristol, England (UK)) in October 2014.
Maths and English test and a video interview before being invited to assessment evening with a group exercise, role play, and interview. The tests are quite hard. The Maths test is redundant once you're in the role. Make sure you research the company values and be involved in the group exercise an you will be fine
