    Provides good working culture, concern for safety of employees working onboard, optimum growth environment, decent and in-time salaries.


    Aging fleet, excessive budget cuts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Budget cuts are imperative in this competitive market but offshore staff should also feel the burden of it as much as onboard staff do.
