    I worked at TOT full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    it's the best place to develop my already gained skills and to gain other new skills. also, me as an individual i can spread the TOT word and become an active contributor.

    Cons

    the ability to emerge into the refugees society and changing the prethoughts and stereotypes regarding us as an organization.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    to increase the number of specialized trainers.
