I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at TRW Automotive in December 2014.

    Interview Details

I had an HR interview, followed by 2 technical interviews over phone. The second phone interview was very tough and very technical, and I almost thought I'd not be selected. To my surprise, the HR called me on the following Monday to let me know that I've been selected for an onsite interview. The onsite interview went well. It was with a panel, and I was given a tour of the whole plant/test equipments. They asked me basic technical questions, and answered some of the questions I had. Towards the end of the interview, they started asking me about relocation etc and if I will be comfortable working in the position etc. That's when I figured out they would probably want to take me in. After 1 day, the HR called me to make an offer.
