I applied online. I interviewed at TSI Incorporated.

2 HR phone screens, one Sales Mgr. phone interview, peer phone call, in-person interview. The in-person interview was what turned me off from this company - the Sales Mgr. seemed very lazy and the impression I came away with is he would not help me grow professionally, nor would he care to. He also seemed to be looking for someone that dreamed to work at TSI since they were a toddler - kind of delusional considering about 1 in a million people have ever heard of TSI. No answer for the career path question whatsoever. If you are looking to sell smoke detectors to a fire chief in the middle of nowhere, USA, with no chance at career development or advancement, this is the place for you. I withdrew myself from consideration.
