I wanted to announce a change in Mr. Jason Ullmann’s role within TSL Marketing. Jason is now working within an External Customer Experience role named Customer Experience Manager (a.k.a internally with a smile as “Customer Experience Labs Scientist”. In this role Jason will be focusing on quantifying our customer’s journey and ensuring that we are gathering valuable feedback and translating that into improvements within our people, processes and technology. This will be integral in driving improved customer experiences.

We are excited to welcome a new team member to the Internal Customer Experience (ICE) Group. Matt MacQuilliam has been promoted from our BDTM Group into the ICE Group as our ICE Marketing Manager. I love seeing hard working internal customers grow within the company. Congrats!!!

I've had several positions at this company ranging from entry levels to managerial. I've had tasks not just across departments but some international as well. Wen I worked hard the company sees it and offers up opportunities. I love that they hire within as often as they can which means: you work hard? You care about what you do? You'll be given a chance to shine.
Entry level position can get monotonous. Sometimes you may feel like what you do doesn't matter when in fact your results it's the key thing tsl sells.
Advice to Management
Be quicker to recognize talent and don't forget about lower management in the process.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TSL Marketing.
The process was relatively easy. I interviewed well and felt that I impressed the interviewers. I knew what I was getting into having done business development/cold calling/sales previously. Everyone was very friendly and I got a call back almost as soon as I got home from the interview telling me to to come in the following Monday for my first day.
- I can't say there was a most difficult question. They wanted to know who I was, get a feel for my personality and see if I had relevant skills. Answer Question
There was no negotiation. I was hired through a placement firm.
