Overall a good experience for 19 years of work. Co-workers are the best part of the job.

I have been working at TW Metals full-time (more than 10 years)

The environment is laid back for the most part, and most of the staff has been here several years.

The culture of this company is changing dramatically, and not for the better. Mentality is now centralized top down management from corporate, and very controlling now.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The prevailing attitude coming from corporate is keep your mouth shut and do as we tell you. You seem to want automatons, not competent employees. It's so discouraging and robs people of initiative knowing they will be shut down by those who "know better".
