I have been working at Taco Cabana full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

This company pays well and has decent benefits offered.

    Cons

The work is more demanding then most quick service restaurants. High management turnover. Needs better training programs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Implement a better training program for new managers. If I had received better training, I feel it would be easier to run the high volume store that I am at.

    Interview Details

Well I signed up online and then I got an Email saying that I passed the first pre employment interview ( the online application) and so I called and they scheduled me the second interview. I went and waited in the restaurant they were short handed so it took like 30 minutes. The manager is very kind and the interview went great. One thing though he never told me when to come in to start working so I expected a call and never got one. I waited over a month and then decided to call and I asked them that I had came for an interview about a month ago and no one called me back.. Well they scheduled me to orientation the next day. I went in and got the job. He gave me my name tag and my shirt (wanna salsa)? Then they had to check my background so I Started work 2 days later.
