I have been working at Taco Del Mar part-time

    Pros

Flexible schedule. I was allowed to choose my own schedule. Great management. Management was very understanding with my schedule. Most customers were nice and easy to deal with

    Cons

What can I say? At times you will have to deal with unsavory and rude customers. However, that is pretty typical in a restaurant/food place.

    Interview

Casual - come to the shop talk and have a few laughs with the manager. He is a bit funny, ndian young guy, sometimes little confused.

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

Nothing special, just be friendly an open minded, ready to work and kind towards customers.
