Tactical Marketing Concepts recently had our charity Dodge Ball Tournament to raise money for Operation Smile. The team had a great turnout and raised over $1,100 for Operation Smile. "The goal this year is to raise over $7,000," says CEO Grant. "We are excited about the turnout we had at the tournament and are looking forward to many more events to hit our goal." Hitting the goal will allow us to help 30 children in need of the life saving surgery and we are well on our way to that goal at Tactical Marketing Concepts.

Tactical Marketing Concepts believes we are blessed to be a part of such a great team, community and country. We don’t want to take anything for granted and want to give back to those who are less fortunate here in our locally and around the world. We do this participating in charities including Toys for Tots, Red Cross relief programs with a heavy focus of hitting goals for our main charity Operation Smile. Operation smile is an international children's medical charity that heals children's smiles, forever changing their lives. With multiple events every year we try to give back as much as we can and encourage everyone at Tactical Marketing Concepts to bring even more ideas to the table so we can make the place we live a better place.

Each candidate is trained in the basic strategies of sales & marketing in order to represent our clients successfully. These tasks include:
- Meeting daily with decision makers to present them with our clients’ services
- Assisting in the daily operation of a growing company
- Developing and implementing original training techniques and tactics to achieve internal goals
- Developing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-function team environment
- Managing external customers’ needs
- Developing excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Once a candidate has proven themselves, we provide further management training. The remainder of the training is discussed with our recruiting staff during the hiring process. Tactical Marketing Concepts, Inc is very thorough in its interviewing process. The first of three interviews consists of a sit down with the Hiring manager to discuss their past and present employers, as well as their education, goals, and more about the position.
From there a second interview would be conducted with one of our Top Account reps to show how we interact with the clients as well as what to expect when working with Tactical Marketing Concepts.
Finally, the third and final interview, is once again conducted by our Hiring manager to finalize the process.
