I have been working at Taher part-time

    Pros

Pretty fair, good recognition for a job well done, supervisors like to hear any suggestions it improve efficiency and workflow, most seem to really care about you and your concerns.

    Cons

Raises are pretty non-existent. Additional hours are hard to come by. Moving up within your kitchen seems to be impossible. Keep people around who don't really do their jobs correctly.

    Advice to Management

Reward employees who work hard and love their work, or you will lose them quickly.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taher in September 2013.

    Interview

There was no interview. I filled out an application and background check. As soon as my background check came back clear, I had the job on the spot. This company is desperate for workers and will be in the future because of their work environment and low pay.
