Completed an application in advance of the interview and then interviewed in store with the store manager and the district manager. The interview lasted about an hour and covered a wide range of questions from customer service to store operations to how would you handle a certain type of situation. – Full Interview

Give an example of a time you had to handle a difficult situation with a sales associate.
