I have been working at Talend full-time (less than a year)Pros
The people: The people here are friendly, inclusive and care about doing the right thing.
The Technology: Interesting technology that is in the process of being adopted on a large scale.
Communication: Open communication at all levels (as far as I've seen), including quarterly all hands, where people are encouraged (and always do) ask tough questions.
Benefits: Excellent benefits which include all the standard benefits plus matching 401k (never had this at a private company before).Cons
Culture: Not really a negative, but some issues. On the positive side as stated above, the people I work with on a daily basis are friendly and helpful. I've never gotten a "that's not my job" comment.
On the negative side I think the company still needs to find it's voice from a cultural perspective. The office in Redwood Shores has the look and feel of a SV start up, and as stated in numerous reviews there has been some back and forth on snacks and free lunches. The management has done a great job creating excellent benefits and an open work environment, but the SV start up vibe feels a little forced.Advice to ManagementAdvice

The communication with this company is bad. It took over 4 weeks to get an answer with regards to the position. HR couldn't seem to make up their minds if they wanted hire me or not. Then they said if they would offer me the position it would be on a temp to perm. By the time they got back to me I accepted another offer.
