Great opportunity to personally make a huge impact on Fortune 500 talent acquisition strategy. Ability to lead projects at various levels. Very little micro-management. Business model is very unique compared to executive search and recruiting firms.
Not having the ability to work from home. Could have more flexible "office hours" when specific accounts are performing extremely well.
Advice to Management
Be more flexible on office hours if metrics are constantly being achieved. Put together a training program for individuals coming in ground level.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days – interviewed at Talent Intelligence (Chicago, IL) in February 2011.
Everyone at Talent Intelligence was extremely pleasant during the interview process. Questions were not challenging, but very open ended to learn about past experiences. As the job is in recruitment they did as questions regarding comfort on the phone and it is helpful to have specific examples. Also, as all positions at the firm require research skills, it is also helpful to have examples of specific research projects.
