    I have been working at Talent Logic full-time (more than a year)


    Talent Logic contacted me about working for Coca-Cola last year, and was able to let me work for Coke twice.


    Talent Logic has a rule of waiting one month before the first paycheck is paid on the 15th or 30th of the next month.
    That does hold the contractor responsible for working the minimum 30 days before receiving the first check, so as to keep the contractor on the job for the client, and that is understandable to a degree. That first month is when I have to live on my savings, and I'm glad I had savings to pay my mortgage, in particular. Waiting 2 weeks at most is better.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I do appreciate the opportunity to work for a company like Coca-Cola, which was a great experience! It would be good to offer some long term contractors some health benefits, or having time off available after 6 months, maybe with pay. To have vacation time available after 6 or 12 months would be a great reward, because contractors do not get even a reduced pay for sick time or vacation. Otherwise, I am grateful for the opportunity to work through Talent Logic.

    Interview Details

    A list of questions were asked to determine my skill set to match up with potential employers. Most of the questions showed a lack of understanding of the field and/or the submitted resume. Questions were also asked about salary level, hourly pay rate, relocation options, and preferred job titles. No soft skills were mentioned.
