Being the first company, as soon as coming out of the college, it was totally a different experience. I did not know how an IT company works. Thanks to HR department, especially our initial manager XXXX, who guided us in the right manner, making us fit into the IT environment. We had trainings under all the departments for apprx 4 months, which made us understand the organization better so that we would fit into any department once our training was over.
These 5 months in the organization was in class by itself, I like the energy with which people work here, especially our Managing Director Mr. Rajendra CM. His motivation drives energy into each and everyone in the organization. It’s my privilege to be a part of Talisma, and I look forward to contribute the best of my ability for the company’s growth.Cons

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks – interviewed at Talisma.Interview Details
I had a worst experience while giving interview at Talisma corporation, i gave 8 rounds of interview ( 6 Technical and 2 Manager rounds for 2 teams in Bellandur and Sadashivnagar office ) and it went over period of 50 Days.
Sometimes the position goes on hold or somebody from within the company will be promoted to the post or you will end up in giving the " LAST Round " (Which actually never comes)
GOD you (Talsima) don't have any clear plans !!
The technical team is never satisfied with the candidate ( i don't know what they expect from the candidate ) and every time the feedback from the technical panel would be " nice/ Good / positive " but off course of no use.
and i couldn't answer for it that's it . " HR will get back to you ".
If i had cleared same 7 rounds in Microsoft i would have selected.
