I worked at TalismaRecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
A very good experience. Good team to work with. Exposure to lot of new technologies and products. Fortunate to be working with a good manager who encouraged learning.
Not much to say. Employee perks could be increased. Salary is something that can be definitely looked at. A lot depends on the team and the manager.Fortunately I had a good manager and a team so things were promising.
Advice to Management
Encourage more learning in new technologies. Salary and perks are definitely things to be re-considered. Would be good if work life balance can be promoted
Getting an Interview
Getting an Interview
- No OfferNegative ExperienceAverage Interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks – interviewed at Talisma.
I had a worst experience while giving interview at Talisma corporation, i gave 8 rounds of interview ( 6 Technical and 2 Manager rounds for 2 teams in Bellandur and Sadashivnagar office ) and it went over period of 50 Days.
Sometimes the position goes on hold or somebody from within the company will be promoted to the post or you will end up in giving the " LAST Round " (Which actually never comes)
GOD you (Talsima) don't have any clear plans !!
The technical team is never satisfied with the candidate ( i don't know what they expect from the candidate ) and every time the feedback from the technical panel would be " nice/ Good / positive " but off course of no use.
and i couldn't answer for it that's it . " HR will get back to you ".
If i had cleared same 7 rounds in Microsoft i would have selected.
BAD.. Don't waste time on this
