Don't try to imitate practices from service based organisations, they seldom work for a product based company.
Value and retain experienced people who have given year to the organisation

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks – interviewed at Talisma.
I had a worst experience while giving interview at Talisma corporation, i gave 8 rounds of interview ( 6 Technical and 2 Manager rounds for 2 teams in Bellandur and Sadashivnagar office ) and it went over period of 50 Days.
Sometimes the position goes on hold or somebody from within the company will be promoted to the post or you will end up in giving the " LAST Round " (Which actually never comes)
GOD you (Talsima) don't have any clear plans !!
The technical team is never satisfied with the candidate ( i don't know what they expect from the candidate ) and every time the feedback from the technical panel would be " nice/ Good / positive " but off course of no use.
and i couldn't answer for it that's it . " HR will get back to you ".
If i had cleared same 7 rounds in Microsoft i would have selected.
BAD.. Don't waste time on this
