    Great people, great management, great job, great pay.

    Some things come slow. A touch of bureaucracy could be found.

    They seems to be a sense of competition within the company. Remove factions and cultivate a sense of unity.

    Met with hiring manager, plant hanger, and the two analyzer technicians. Talked about job duties. Ran through resume. They really want long term employees. They want to train people to work there for 20 years.
