    Pros

Tarmac was a great Company to work for until the Joint Venture with Lafarge was formed - it then turned into a very different Companypany

    Cons

Limited career opportunities and the recruitment and selection processes employed are basically so they can show they went through a process. The successful candidate is already chosen before the process begins regardless of whether there is a better candidate.
